• – For kitchens: receive orders, manage menus, and access customer insights.
• – For delivery agents: view, pick up, and deliver assigned orders.

2. User Eligibility

• – You must be 18 years or older to use this Platform.
• – By registering or using BhojRoj.com, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. User Responsibilities

• – Provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
• – Use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
• – Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• – Not impersonate others or submit fraudulent information.
• – Not misuse or interfere with the functionality of the Platform.

4. Service Availability

• We aim to provide seamless access to our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operations.

5. Orders and Delivery

• – Orders are confirmed upon kitchen acceptance.
• – Delivery is executed by our partners or verified personnel.
• – Estimated delivery times may vary.
• – Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after a specified cut-off time.

6. Geeta Bhoj Network Kitchens (GBNK)

• – GBNK supports women-led home kitchens.
• – Kitchens are verified for hygiene and authenticity.
• – Discrimination based on caste, religion, or social status is strictly prohibited.

7. Pricing and Payments

• – All prices are in INR and include applicable taxes.
• – Payments via UPI, cards, net banking, or wallets.
• – No responsibility for third-party payment failures.

8. Refunds and Disputes

• – Refunds for non-delivery, incorrect items, or verified quality issues.
• – Credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.
• – Final decision rests with BhojRoj.

9. Kitchen and Delivery Partner Terms

• – Maintain hygiene and quality.
• – Fulfill and deliver orders on time.
• – Allow audits and follow platform policies.

10. Platform Rights

• – Modify or discontinue services.
• – Restrict or terminate violating users.
• – Update terms and notify users.

11. Intellectual Property

• All content and materials on BhojRoj.com are owned or licensed by us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

• – No liability for delays, order issues, or third-party failures.
• – No liability for health issues unless due to verified negligence.

13. Termination

• We may terminate accounts for violations, misuse, or fraud.
